What floor are the rooms on (Williamson)?

All our bedrooms are located on the second floor. Our building dates back to 1750 so do please note we do not have a lift. Thank you.

How long would it take to walk to the station ?

A leisurely walk to the station would be 10-15mins

Do you offer cooked breakfast? I can’t eat wheat so croissants and pastries are no good for me.

Hello. We do offer a full a l carte breakfast which includes a choice of 7 cooked items.

Hi, I am looking at booking the duplex suite I have twins who are under 1 who share a cot- can this be accommodated?

Good morning This would be no problem although our travel cot is small so we would suggest bringing your own. There is lots of room in our Suite. Thank you.

Is there parking available please

Each of our bedrooms comes with a complementary parking permit for the car park just behind our building. Just ask one of the team on check in and they will take care of this for you. We require only a £20 deposit which is returned on check out.

The Ashton & The Gillow both have free standing baths in their rooms along with separate rainforest showers. The Williamson & The Ripley do not have baths but do have rainforest showers.

We are traveling from SA so have our own very good wines.Can we bring our own wine to the restaurant and pay corkage. If so what would be the corkage.

Hi there, it is not secure parking. We provide free parking permits for the public car park to the rear of our building. You can use a paid for secure parking facility just five minutes walk from the hotel.
