All of our guest rooms overlook the Long Island Sound and have a water view with furnished balconies.
Please explain the wings location.
Our South wing rooms look directly out on the Long Island Sound. Our East wing rooms look up the coast and enjoy views of the water along with shoreline homes and Hammonasset Beach. Both have beautiful views.
Are there elevators going to upper floors? How do we know what floor we are going to be on?
Yes, guest rooms are located on floors 1-4 and all are served by elevator. Please let us know what floor you would prefer and we will make every effort to comply. With only 33 guest rooms, we are not able to honor all requests, but we do out best!
Can I use my Hilton points when booking? Also, do you offer any AARP discounts?
You can use Hilton points or points and cash through your Hilton Honors app when booking. Any discounts if available, including AARP or AAA, would be noted as an available discount when selecting your date.
When is the best time to visit your property for the perfect beach holiday?
The beach is beautiful any time of the year. To sunbathe or enjoy water activities, the prime season to visit is June, July, August. The spring and fall seasons are equally beautiful. And the beach during snow and winter - November - March is quiet and serene.
Is your private beach next to the property or do I need to use a means of transportation to go there?
Our beach is adjacent to the property; no transportation is needed.
Are you pet friendly?
For the comfort of all our guests, we welcome registered service animals only.
Are there jacuzzi tubs in any of the rooms?
Our rooms with tubs are equipped with oversized soaking tubs. They do not have jacuzzi jets.
What is the size of the king room, East wing & south wing? Do all rooms have fireplaces?

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your interest. Just the rooms with king size bed have fireplace. 470 sq for the south wing, and 560 for the East wing. Thanks
Do you have handicapped accessible rooms
Yes the hotel has 2 rooms that are accessible rooms. Please reserve those online or by contacting the Front Desk and specifically requesting that room category.
Do you take a dog? What is the fee?
Madison Beach is not pet-friendly. We accept working service animals, please inform the hotel of any special needs.
