I am not aware of this being posted anywhere on the internet. All of our rooms have air conditioning units and there is not an extra fee.

We are located only 15 miles from folly beach.

The pool is open. We are only allowed to do a grab and go breakfast at the moment. It consists of a sausage tortilla, fruit bar and a piece of fruit. We also have yogurt and coffee.

Would I have to pay if my dog is an emotional support animal?

We do not charge a pet fee for service animals.

I would reccomend Uber/Lyft for transporation around the city and from the airport.

Hello, Our Paws Laws policy states that pets may not be left alone in the room. There are many pet friendly restaurants in the area, such as The Mill Street Tavern, Dog and Duck, Page's Okra Grill, and The Pickled Palate, to name a few. Thank you!

I will not have a car. How would I get around and to you from airport? Walk possible to Trader Joes, Aldi, bus, Shem creek village, beach? Is it in a quiet area walkable or do I need to walk on a busy street. Thanks Ursula

Yes we have rooms with king size beds.

Can we pay in cash when we arrive and give credit card for incidentals

We do need to place all charges on a credit card at check-in. We can accept cash at check OUT but a valid card with a matching ID is required.

Are you in walking distance to downtown activities?

We are located in Mount Pleasant, SC. We are separated from Charleston by the Cooper River Bridge. We are not within walking distance of dowtown.

All of the rooms have microwaves. And yes, you can bring food from outside of the hotel.

We do have handicapped rooms available in the hotel. Our single queens are handicap accessible.

Due to Covid restrictions we are currently not serving our full breakfast. We only have grab and go items at the moment.

We do not have a free shuttle to the cruise port. You will have to call a taxi or an uber.

9.7 miles, about 21 minutes with zero traffic.

A double bed room means the room has 2 double beds. This is only 1 room.

I too just got a notice to upgrade for AC in a King size room.

Pleas disregard that notice. Booking.com did not have our room types configured correctly and that has been adjusted. All of our rooms have AC.

We do not have special rooms for dogs. All guests with a pet have to sign a pet agreement. The pets are not allowed to left in the room.
